Responsibilities
Our Nordic marketing department is seeking an enterprising and business oriented Brand Manager for our brand Hammerite and our Brands within Private label, Channel brands and Predeco (Spartel etc.). Our present
Brand Manager have successfully moved on to be the Marketing Manager of the team. You will be part of a dynamic team of enthusiastic colleagues with a strong strategic, analytical and creative foundation and help to build the most professional marketing department in Scandinavia. A wide range of internal and external contacts (advertising, media and analytical agencies, as well as local markets, local distributors), which will place heavy demands on your social skills and your ability to cooperate. This is a job in a challenging and exciting environment where hard work is expected. Your reference will be to the Marketing Manager. Your main task, in corporation with the Marketing Manger and the Product Manager, will be to create a clear and solid strategy for our Private label, Channel brands and Predeco brands, continue the successful brand strategy for Hammerite. Deliver world-class activities in each sales cycle for both the "do-it-your-self-market"(main focus) and the Professional market in the Nordic countries (Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland).
A big part of the job will be launching new products and new concepts especially within Channel & Private label in coordination with our local markets and costumers. In corporation with the team and our Nordic Intelligence Manager, prioritize the marketing mix (pricing, packaging, media, distribution, design, consumer promotions, internal motivation, etc.) in order to reach our goals.
You will also be responsible for: Monitor competitor products and behavior. Optimize packaging design together with our packaging coordinators. A&P budget responsibility. Maintain our Hammerite websites in the Nordic countries. Contact to our external distributors of Hammerite.
Participate in local sales meetings and local costumer meetings when needed.

Requirements
You have master degree in Business Economics/Marketing or equivalent, and at least 3 year of working experience in a marketing / business function from a company working within FMCG products, retail or equivalent. Experience from working with private label, channel brands and product cost optimization is an advantage.
You are analytical, structured, but also creative and are able to keep many "balls in the air at the same time".
As a person you are enterprising and outgoing. You work systematically and extremely analytically
