We are now looking for a Brand Manager Communication for our Nicotine Pouches (NP) category who will effectively contribute to defining brand communication strategy for NP in the Nordic markets and drive relevant Brand Communication Plans and developments, which will enable us to fuel our journey towards a smoke-free future even faster.
Role summary:
In this role you will be deploying the NP brand communication campaigns and initiatives that enhance brand image and visibility, drive brand funnel and equity as well as category / portfolio targets. You will also act as Brand ambassador, upholding brand identity through consistent messaging and visual assets, embedding brand guidelines in all commercial programs, projects, and initiatives as well as ensuring relevancy to local market(s) and consumer context.
Your "day to day"
• Conduct detailed market/category research and analysis to identify trends, consumer segments, needs and preferences, and competitive landscape to define business opportunities/business issues.
• Support Manager Brand Communication in development of the Nordic NP Brand Communication Strategy, ensuring the analysis of current situation and identify opportunities for growth. Coordinate, align, co-develop with relevant markets to secure integration in the market's deployment strategies, following trade processes and market regulatory framework; subsequently prepare comprehensive brand communication plans to realize the strategy.
• Develop Annual Brand Plans and participate in the Long-Range-Plans development to address major business opportunities/issues identified through analysis and feed into the Original Budget / Long Range Plan.
• Drive development of the Nordic-specific communication toolboxes in cooperation with relevant stakeholders. Build and own the briefs towards Global NP brand team. Champion Nordic brand building efforts and ensure local relevancy by identifying current gaps, consumer needs and emerging trends, and collaborate with global cross-functional teams to secure brand initiatives and content that address consumer needs and drive competitive advantage.
• Develop, plan, and deliver high-quality integrated omnichannel communication campaign toolboxes for assigned projects and initiatives. Collaborate closely with channel owners to ensure relevancy and fit for the channel roles and objectives, driving brand and product performance across channels in respective markets.
• Lead and manage assigned initiatives and projects.
Who you are
• Minimum 6+ years in Marketing, preferably in FMCG in an international environment.
• University degree in Marketing, business economics or similar field.
• Documented experience of having successfully worked with brand communication, advertising, or related roles, preferably within the FMCG industry.
• Very good strategic height and analytical ability but can work with details when required.
• Strong leadership skills with proven knowledge of effective informal leadership.
• Strong project management skills; structured and self-driven working style.
• Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills (incl. English).
