This is why we are looking for talent to drive and support this strategic initiative also in brand management. As Brand Manager at Fazer Confectionary you are the CEO of your brands. You are responsible for developing and executing brand strategy for Fazer's beloved TuttiFrutti, Remix, Pantteri and Ässä brands - the leading candy brands in Finland and Sweden. The role is a central marketing role with a reporting line to Fazer's central marketing team in Finland. You will be located in Stockholm, Sweden but the role requires travel to Finland.

Tasks and responsibilities
Your main responsibilities are product portfolio management where you initiate new product development and portfolio optimisation projects based on research and data as well as input on market or channel specific requirements. Brand management includes annual marketing plans, developing marketing concepts, campaigns and activations for multiple markets in close co-operation with commercial units, product and packaging development, package design, online and shopper marketing teams with responsibility for brand budgets and their effective allocation as well as delivering high class material to support sales.
You will act as a brand guardian for all touchpoints and markets with active dialogue between commercial units (Finland, Sweden, Europe and travel trade) and other stakeholders. With high focus on continuous evaluation of brand, product and campaign performance you are expected to further improve performance of the current portfolio as well as identify opportunities and initiate innovative ideas that have potential to drive future profit growth. You will report to Director, Sweets Marketing of Fazer Confectionery located in Finland.
What you'll bring to the team
We are looking for someone with 5-7 years of experience in brand and marketing planning and execution. You need to be systematic and persistent by nature and have good people skills. Experience from working with FMCG or similar businesses with own production is an added value and a passion for brand building a must. You are analytical in the sense that you enjoy using data and research to find actionable insights leading to business opportunities.
We expect you to have strong organizing and planning skills and a consistent approach to brand building for long term success. You are ready to challenge yourself and create commitment in others as well as promote cross-functional collaboration. You are confident in communicating in front of an audience and you have good one-to-one networking and influencing skills. You lead projects with accountability. Your proficiency is based on a university degree and you are fluent in both spoken and written English. Any other languages are an advantage. We like people with attitude and enthusiasm!
