The Global Continence Platform in Wellspect HealthCare is looking for a Brand Manager with experience from either Medtech/Life Science industry or FMCG.
DESCRIPTION
As Brand Manager the main responsibility is to manage part of the Continence product range over its life cycle by setting strategic and tactical direction and focusing on the specific business and clinical needs of the customer. You will bring deep understanding of customer and market needs to different teams in the company, and they will be the source of decisions around product vision, strategy, roadmap, and tactical choices through product development.
You will manage all aspects of the product(s) life cycle(s) starting with understanding of the market needs through development until the product is terminated, including prizing, marketing, supply chain related topics, labeling, registration and legal and safety requirements. Within your role you will create business case and financial modelling before and during product development and launch, as well as prepare and implement product launch plans, educational and communication material and coordinating with commercial stakeholders to define go-to-market strategy. This role has interactions with all other functions in the company and is key in supporting the marketing and sales organization with appropriate actions to ensure maximum return.
QUALIFICATIONS
We believe that you have a Master's degree in Product Management, Marketing, or Life Sciences, with solid experience in product management and development, marketing and/or sales or fast moving consumables, products distributed globally via Distributors or directly. You are experienced in market trends/analysis, NPI process, product roadmap development and product life-cycle management.
The person we are looking for have great interpersonal and communication skills, with an excellent command of English and good understanding of Swedish. Strong analytical and project management skills are needed to manage this exciting role appropriately.
