Within Nordic Marketing we are looking for a Nordic Brand Manager for Nordsjö Professional and Loyalty Cub to cover a parental leave. The main focus will be to run important projects and roll out the implementation of our new Loyalty Club programme in the Nordic countries.

You will be a part of the Nordic Marketing & Innovation organisation, working on a Nordic level. The main purpose for the marketing organisation is developing, implementing and evaluating brand and activity plans to meet AkzoNobel's overall brand strategy and objectives - to grow sales, profitability, market share and brand equity.

Main responsibilities also includes:
• Develop the Nordic strategy and activity plan for the loyalty club based on global framework and in close collaboration with Nordsjö Brand Manager Professional and global marketing functions.
• As project leader, responsible for the implementation of the loyalty club, including the technical platform, system integration and business case.
• The daily maintenance of current and future loyalty programme.
• Change management and internal communication to important stakeholders to create engagement.
• Responsible for profit and loss and budget.
• Initiate, drive and implement Nordic marketing projects for the Nordsjö brand.
• Contribute the creation and execution of Nordsjö digital content calendar - with objective to increase digital presence
• Daily contacts with and support to sales force and stores for the Nordsjö brand.

This is a position on full time basis with a fixed contract until the 30 of September 2018. You will report to the Nordic Marketing Manager Nordsjö. Candidate profile
• Bachelor (BSc) in Business Economics/Marketing or equivalent within field of Engineering.
• Experience within a marketing or sales function
• Language: English (fluent), able to understand Swedish, Danish and Norwegian.
• Microsoft Office
• Knowledge and experience in running projects with internal and external teams
• Experience of developing sales initiatives and/or campaigns towards B2B
• Passion for marketing and communication
• Experience of working with Loyalty clubs/CRM is an advantage

We are looking for someone who is flexible and open-minded to new ideas and have the ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment without losing track on priorities. You should be able to quickly navigate between high-level planning activities and hands-on tasks. To be successful in this position you need to be a good team player and self-going "doer" with speed and engagement and a high level of drive and energy.
