hela Sverige In this role you will be one of the driving forces behind one of Sweden's strongest dermo cosmetic brands - Eucerin. As one of our two Nordic brand managers you will define and achieve specific sales, profit and market share objectives through the execution of a strategic marketing plan and adapt these where necessary to deliver our high set targets for long term growth.
You will be responsible for everything from assortment efficiency, launch plans and execution to consumer marketing/ PR / influencer strategy for your categories and be actively involved in all aspects of execution, with high focus on digital channels. You will together with our small but highly engaged Nordic Eucerin team - our international colleagues and external partners - drive and share our passion for dermo cosmetic solutions that work.
You will also assist in defining and creating brand strategy for all our categories through sharing best practice and proactively looking for cost and time savings by highlighting areas of co-operation. You will be based at the Nordic head office in Gothenburg and report to the Marketing Manager Eucerin Sweden & Nordics.
Your background:
University Degree in Marketing/Business Administration or other relevant Degree.
You have worked some years within fast moving consumer goods with a Brand Manager responsibility.
You are a passionate and self-driven person that together with a strong team likes to make a difference.
You are an experienced project manager, used to drive strong results together with suppliers, agencies and other stakeholders - local as well as international.
You have a strong interest in and experience of digital marketing, channels and strategy and you are quick to turn consumer insights into actionable initiatives to drive sales and brand strength.
Fluent in English and Swedish. Knowledge in Finnish or Norwegian is a plus.
