Essity is a global leader in personal care. The Personal Care business area includes Baby Care, Incontinence Products, Feminine Care and Medical Solutions with brands like Libero, Libresse, Lotus and Tena. You will be part of a very strong and highly motivated marketing team at Essity Consumer Goods Region North. Within our team we are responsible for Baby Care and the Libero brand in Region North.

About the Role
As Brand Manager at Essity you are responsible for developing and executing consumer recruitment strategy. You develop and implement programs and projects to reach new parents with information and products in the optimal way. Furthermore, you secure relevant content in all Libero touchpoints e.g. website, apps, club and social media. To be able to develop correct and updated content in all Nordic countries you will establish and lead a network of consultants. In the role as Brand Manager you also have contact with external agencies as well as a close cooperation with the team.
• Collect and share insights from consumers and professionals
• Secure presence at relevant medical centers in all Nordic countries
• Meet stakeholders at maternity hospitals and antenatal clinics to influence them using Libero
• Set KPIs, follow up and measure
Who You Are
• University Degree within marketing, business administration, communications or similar
• A few years of experience within digital marketing or sales
• Experience of pregnancy and babies, professionally or personally
• Fluent in both Swedish and English
You take responsibility for your tasks, get motivated by starting projects and taking initiatives. You enjoy having your own area of responsibility as well as working with others. Furthermore, you have the ability to create and maintain relationships and enjoy networking. Finally, you are keen on delivering in time as well as maintaining a good quality in your work.
