hela Sverige Since 2016 LYNK & CO is a new global brand within the automotive industry. Today, around 50 people work at their office in Gothenburg and they have a unique business model in the automotive industry.
The company is in an expansive phase and in cooperation with us at KIMM/Wise Professionals, we are looking for LYNK & CO's next Brand Extension Planner. A role where you will be part of a unique global investment and in addition to that, you will have a major impact in your area of responsibility.
You will be hired as a consultant through KIMM/Wise Professionals for initially six months. The position is full time and start date is as soon as possible. You'll have a good possibility of extension or an employment at LYNK & CO.
Purpose of the position
Do you feel excited when you see great brand communication though products? LYNK & CO have a vision of creating products to strengthen their brand in a non-traditional way. As a Brand Extension Planner, your core responsibility will be to develop, improve and execute the Brand Extension strategy. The role also includes to operationally create the collection of brand products and to systematically coordinated the production and the realise of the collection. You will work strategic in both short and long term.
You will be part of LYNK & CO 's marketing team located in Gothenburg and report to the Marketing Director. Your colleges are a group of outgoing, engaged and driven people whom you will work in close collaboration with. The entrepreneurial spirit within the company is strong and in this role, you will work close with the department in China and agency's in London.
In Europe, LYNK & CO is temporarily located under the development company CEVT. They are owned by Zhejiang Geely Holding Group and are a sister company to Volvo Cars. Read more on their own website.
Experience and personal qualities
To excel within this role you need to have a deep knowledge of brand communications and be a good project leader. It is a bonus if you previously been working with product development and/or within retail.
Even though we see you have worked professionally with branding for minimum 5 years' the right personality are important to succeed in this role. You must be a creative and positive person and have a strategic mindset. Further on, you should take own initiative, think outside the box and implement your ideas with excellence. If you also have an analytic mindset and are well organised, we're looking forward to your application. Proficiency in English is a must.
