We are seeking a visionary and strategic Brand Concept Director to lead the development of brand concepts that drive growth, differentiate us from competitors, and build brand equity.

This is what you'll do
In this role, you will develop and execute brand concepts that reflect our company's values, mission, and vision, and resonate with target audiences. You will conduct research and analysis to understand consumer behavior, market trends, and competitors, and use insights to inform brand concept development. You will communicate the brand concept, including visual identity, tone of voice, messaging, and positioning, to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.

Further, you collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, product, and communications, to ensure the brand concept is integrated into all marketing and communication initiatives. You lead the strategic development of integrated marketing campaigns that bring the brand concept to life, and drive brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty.

Moreover, you will measure and analyze the effectiveness of brand initiatives and campaigns and continuously iterate and improve based on data-driven insights. You will stay up to date with industry trends and best practices and identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.

As a person you are good at building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, partners, and customers, and represent the brand concept externally.

As a leader you guide and mentor a team of brand concept designers and strategists, providing guidance, coaching, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in brand, marketing, business administration, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in brand concept development within fast moving consumer goods, preferably in a leadership or senior role
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to use data and insights to inform decision-making
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative ideas and solutions
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring teams, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
• Familiarity with branding and marketing tools and platforms, such as market research, social media, and web analytics
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
