Our Absolut Advocacy team is looking for a passionate Brand Ambassador & Drinks Expert based in Åhus, Sweden, to deliver exceptional guest & cocktail experiences, that will extend beyond brand immersions for Pernod Ricard, The Absolut Company employees & local market ambassadors, further to trade & hospitality specific trainings, customer & incentives, and local community experiences.
In this role you will be responsible for:
Fully embodying the values of the Absolut brand, by obtaining robust & deep-rooted understanding of our brand qualities, production methods, heritage, drinks and more, and ensuring to deliver detailed education to our guests in a convincing & compelling way.
Forging connections with authenticity, passion, credibility when delivering captivating brand & product stories that are fit for purpose. Meaning that you will leverage your vast knowledge of the brand, and strategically adapt your message based on the receiver, knowing inherently which stories to tell, and to whom.
Instilling the ultimate level of Brand passion & Pride in our Absolut, with all guests and attendees.
Secondarily to focus on elevating drinks and the education of strategic cocktail solutions by delivering bespoke sessions on spirits, vodka and on intricate elements of cocktails (the making, process, ingredients, textures, etc), which you will also help create.
Take part in our internal Drinks Squad providing feedback to new products and creating cocktail solutions based on consumer needs & challenges.

You are experienced and passionate about delivering exceptional events, and are fueled by the joy you evoke in delivering them, leaving the receiver fully embodied in your message. Since you are natural at forging connections, people remember your encounters with fondness and feel comfortable reaching out to you and see to extend your business relationship to long lasting friendships.
You are an experienced bartender with at least a decade of trade experience, making you incredibly comfortable to speak with confidence about a range of sprits categories spanning beyond vodka. You are highly respected by peers, and consistently deliver drinks based on briefs catering to various tastes around the globe because you have experience working with taste profiles from multiple corners of the globe. You know how to reinforce mixology and liquid quality eloquently with the spoken word and as medium to support enhancing quality & brand credential messages, naturally strengthening our Born to Mix brand promise.
