We provide registration-, timing- and result-services for most of the larger mass participation sport events in the area of running, XC ski, MTB, triathlon, cycling and enduro. As a full service partner for our customers, we deliver online registration, timing, results processing incl. live web results, apps and SMS results plus additional products like event office, bib numbers and starter package production. est mika:timing AB belongs to German mika:timing who is market leader in Germany and also very successful on the international market.

We are searching for a pro-active, enthusiastic and responsible team leader with operational experience in sales & business development combined with an average IT background and a link to the sports & events business.

Full time employment, from now on.

Your Tasks:

• Overall responsibility for the local team and operations
• Lead of the team of 10 employees
• Account and key account management

Your skills must include:

• Commercial education
• At least a few years of experience in a position with staff responsibilty and team leading tasks in a small or mid-size organisation
• Account Management, preferrably in an area combining sport, event and IT
• CRM experience
• Very good MS-Office knowledge
• Very good Swedish and English
• German would be a good add-on

• are enterprising and have own ideas
• are flexible to work within and beyond regular office hours
