As a Branch controller for a region, together with the Branch Manager, you have own responsibility for profit and you work very close to the business.
This means that you ensure the profitability of the region and its offices and support managers and relevant staff. You are also responsible for financial matters for the region in question and will be the regional manager's right hand and principal business support. The person will be part of the local Management Team.
The challenge
• You 're involved in the daily sales and execution of projects and services in the region by supporting from an economic perspective.
• Verification of operations regarding proper cost assessment and profit recognition, as well as economic compliance in the region.
• Follow-up of marginal changes, overheads, productivity and time tracking follow-up and budget / forecasts.
• Responsible for financial reporting and visualization of results.
• Ensure that project activities are conducted in accordance with Siemens guidelines for project execution.
• Drive improvement work and development of processes to minimize nonconformance costs in projects and service operations.
Who are you?
• We are looking for a degree in economics and have a few years of experience as a Business Controller.
• The role is business support with own profitability, which means that you work very results-oriented and business-oriented. If you have experience from financial reporting, analysis, budgeting and forecasting, it will make it easier for you in your daily work.
• Have you previously worked in a larger company such as project controller and understands the project's prerequisites and driving forces then it is a plus.
• It 's a plus if you have good knowledge about Excel and experience with SAP.
• As a person, you are driven, committed and focused, and have easy to cooperation, while you feel confident in making financial decisions independently.
• We are looking for you who want to assume greater responsibility and develop within the control industry. We hope you come in with other angles of view and you are not afraid to share your past experiences and observations.
