Derive authority from the Production Manager
Daily Duties
Act as a maintenance supervisor to Company and contracted CRS personnel.
Continuously update and monitor the status of the aircraft fleet in AMOS system.
Continuously updated the Computer Shift Log regarding operations and occurrences during their shift, e.g. troubleshooting in progress, aircraft status etc.. using AMOS system.
Keep continuous contact with the external maintenance providers and report diversions to NPCA/ Director Maintenance.
Assist Line maintenance stations with troubleshooting, instructions, ordering parts etc.
Continuously update the AMOS computer system regarding deferred defects, MEL's, troubleshooting
progress, spare parts on order, etc.
Continuously inform OP regarding technical delays and required aircraft changes as soon as possible.
Be responsible that all planned work is carried out in good time and report discrepancies to CAMO department.
Responsibilities
Perform repairs according to procedures and capability work scope.
Perform maintenance according to maintenance program.
Establish and record any rectification hangar visit maintenance.
Perform release to service according procedures.
Issue EASA Form 1 according to procedures.
In absence of technical services assure completion and correct operator records.
Establish roster for CRS staff for long term and adjust daily the requirements for resources for man-hour plan.
Inform operator of necessary incorporation to the AMP of critical tasks.
Reporting of maintenance errors detected and rectified.
Perform shift/task handover according to procedures.
Notify inaccuracies and ambiguities to the TC-holder.
In absence of technical services perform production planning according to procedures.
Perform issuing of one-time off authorization according to procedures.
Perform exemptions for aircraft or aircraft component maintenance tasks according to procedure.
Perform concession according to procedure.
Liaise with any manufacturers and other maintenance working teams according to procedures.
Coordinate with engineering/TC-holder as necessary for any required assistance.
Provide assistance in fault findings and defect investigation (Trouble Shooting) in absence of defect control function and engineering
Organize and control the annual inspection/repair of ground equipment and liaise with logistic department.
Organize and control the daily aircraft status meeting with all relevant stakeholders and attend the weekly Technical department meeting.
Liaises with the Airport Authorities in aspects of rented accommodations and any required equipment owned/controlled by airport.
Liaises with subcontractors in aspects of interior repair, ground handling, fueling, de-icing, booking of hangar, cleaning etc. as applicable.
Act as maintenance supervisor during hangar visits
Manage external loan and purchases.
Qualifications:
Hold a valid Part 66 License with preferred ATR72 capability
Minimum 5 years CRS experience on similar aircraft type.
Good coordination, communication skills easy to build relations.
Analytic skills and handle heavy workload in AOG situation in a calm way
Fluent in English
Driving license
Be able to be approved by the Swedish police authorities (Registerkontroll)
