Business Manager - GROUP BUSINESS RISK & COMPLIANCE, INGKA GROUP

You also need to drive change and be a real champion when it comes to working with new methods, digital systems, and processes to improve performance.
When it comes to knowledge, we are looking for someone who has a broad knowledge of procedures for assessing, evaluating, and monitoring compliance with federal laws, regulations and guidance. Extensive knowledge on how to achieve an optimal balance between opportunities and risks across the entire organization and at the same time create a risk-aware culture.
This role is global, spanning across all of Ingka's businesses, so you would need to have experience working holistically as well as internationally.

To succeed as a Business Manager, you will need:
A university degree in engineering, business administration or similar Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in a multinational organization and/or managerial experience from running operation on site/store level, preferably store manager strong stakeholder management and influencing skills proven record of developing people and organizations.
And, of course, you share and live the IKEA culture and values and have a genuine interest in home furnishing. You act honestly in accordance with moral and ethical principles.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As an Business Manager, you will Lead and inspire a risk and compliance performance mind-set, raise risk awareness and promote a risk culture and thereby supporting growth and maximization of business value. In line with the Group Business Risk & Compliance agenda align implementation and monitor the performance of Ingka Business Risk and Compliance frameworks and practices in all Group Functions or Business Areas to enable a holistic and proactive risk handling based on business needs.
Amongst many tasks you will:
• Lead and develop a team of Business Risk & Compliance Business Partners in order secure an efficient, professional and high performing organization.
• Lead and inspire a risk and compliance performance mind-set, raise risk awareness and promote a risk culture and thereby supporting growth and maximization of business value
• Act as the link and knowledge builder between Group Business Risk & Compliance and Group Functions or Business Areas to secure succession and the right level of competence needed to become risk aware and compliance conscious in running business.
• Implement standardized, well embedded risk and compliance processes with clearly defined roles and responsibilities in order to support Group Functions or Business Areas.
• In close collaboration with Business Risk & Compliance management secure the continuous development of the Business Risk & Compliance Business Partner value proposition (properly integrated in the Business risk & compliance organization)
• Actively contribute with input and insights in the development of the Business Risk & Compliance Business Plan and strategic and tactical objectives to secure a common and integrated view on Business Risk & Compliance priorities.
• Act as the link and knowledge builder between Group Business Risk & Compliance and Group Functions or Business Areas to secure the right level of competence needed to become risk aware and compliance conscious in running business
• Lead and inspire a risk and compliance performance mind-set, raise risk awareness and promote a risk culture and thereby supporting growth and maximization of business value
• Implement standardized, well embedded risk and compliance processes with clearly defined roles and responsibilities in order to support Group Functions or Business Areas.
• Develop a consolidated view of Group Functions or Business Areas in terms of critical business needs and level of operation support needed, follow up and monitor level of support provided Group Business Risk & Compliance
This position is placed in Malmö, Sweden and you will report to the Deputy Business Risk & Compliance Manager.
