For a one year maternity leave assignment we are looking for an highly professional Financial Data Analyst.
Due to expanding business there is probability to turn this position into a permanent position after 12 month.
The ideal candidate will manage the group financial reporting and weekly sales reporting in close collaboration with B2B CFO and Financial Controller.
You will report to the CFO of B2B, and collaborate closely with B2B Financial Controller and with the Financial team in each B2B Group Company.
The positions overall responsibility:
Ensure control, accuracy and timely delivery of agreed input data from Group companies for reporting and analysis
Validation and uploading of input data into the reporting system and developing/managing processes of automatic data upload by Group companies
Understand development of actual results vs. previous periods, budget and forecasts, including non-financial KPI’s
Develop reporting system and data structures to satisfy needs of business and performance analyze
Ensure timely delivery of group final reports according to agreed specifications
Profile of suitable candidate:
Preferably academic degree within Finance, Accounting, Data Sciense/IT or likewise
12 years experience in a Data/Financial Analyst or Controller/Accounting position
Excellent analytical skills
Experienced and willing to work with big sets of data from multiple sources
Good communication skills in English, written and oral. Good knowledge in Swedish
Excellent skills in MS Excel, excellent overall IT skills
Background from a media company and/or an international company is an advantage
