Would you like to deepen and share your knowledge within Customer Support? You will be developing the BMW Northern Europe Approved Body & Paint Program by implementing and supporting initiatives aimed at developing the BMW NE Bodyshop business. You will also be responsible in motivating the BMW Group NE Retailer Network to support and accelerate the performance in the accident repair business. Maintaining and developing the relationship to the insurance companies is a key task in the role.
Din Profil
You have a proven track record of well-developed skills within the area of Body & Paint business (preference in Retail/Wholesale or Insurance Repair Services). You are constantly monitoring the development and changes within the automotive insurance business. You have to be business oriented combined with having solid commercial understanding. You are self-driven and able to plan your own workdays. You have a flexible mindset with the ability to work independently on multiple tasks. To be successful you also need to be proactive, analytical, structured and solution oriented. You need to have good communication skills as well as the ability to take your knowledge to provide advice tailored to the audience in an effective and efficient manner. Naturally you are an energetic person who is willing to go the extra mile without losing quality. We place great demands in a challenging environment but also offer much in return for the person with the right mindset. Since you will work closely with the Customer Support managers and the area managers in the different markets in addition to cross functional within the NE organization and towards the Customer Support teams in Munich, you need to be collaboration-oriented. You also have the willingness and flexibility to travel to the different markets. You need to be fluent in written and verbal in both English and one of the Scandinavian languages (Swedish, Danish or Norwegian).
