We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Recruitment Asstistant with a passion for blockchain technology to strengthen our team. If you are interested in working in the rapidly growing blockchain industry and have a background in recruitment, this might be the right role for you!
Requirements:

Recruitment Experience: You have prior experience in recruiting or human resources and understand the basics of the recruitment process.

Blockchain Knowledge: You possess a solid understanding of blockchain technology and its applications. Experience in recruiting within the blockchain industry is a plus.

Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are crucial for collaborating with both candidates and internal teams.

Organizational Abilities: The ability to juggle multiple tasks and be detail-oriented is essential.
Responsibilities:
As a Recruitment Assistant, you will support our recruitment process and work closely with our recruiters and HR team. Your main responsibilities will include:

Sourcing: Actively search and identify potential candidates within blockchain technology.
•
Initial Contact: Initiate the first contact with potential candidates, expressing interest in their skills and experience.
•
Administrative Support: Handle recruitment documentation, interview scheduling, and assist in administrative tasks throughout the recruitment process.
•
Candidate Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates, providing continuous communication during the recruitment process.
•
Follow-up: Follow up with candidates and internal teams to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
