hela Sverige We are looking for a Blade Support Specialist for Nordex in Uppsala. The assignment is full-time and expected to start as soon as possible and continue until November. For this assignment you will be employed by Poolia as one of our consultants.

About the position
As a Blade Support Specialist related to wind turbine blades you will play a pivotal role in handling blade-related ServiceNow tickets, evaluating inspection reports, and providing technical support to subcontractors during blade repairs. This full-time position, based in Uppsala, offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment focused on blade maintenance and repair within the Nordic Region.
Responsibilities
• Handling all blade-related ServiceNow tickets
• Evaluating and categorizing blade damages found during inspections
• Providing technical support for internal and external NX interfaces
• Supporting on-site repair evaluations and subcontractor quality checks
• Efficiently planning blade repair and inspection resources
• Ensuring transparent communication of blade inspection and repair planning and progress within the organization
• Cooperating with subcontractors to ensure efficiency, communication, and transparency
• Supporting effective and systematic customer communication
• Understanding the importance of cooperation between all internal departments to obtain the best possible results
Your profile
Qualifications:
• Qualification in blade composite work is advantageous
• European Driving License
• Technical knowledge in electrical or mechanical fields is advantageous
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Swedish or German is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office
We are looking for someone with strong planning and organizational skills. You are a dedicated team player with a strong customer focus. You are computer literate and can quickly adapt to new systems. Additionally, you have a proactive "can do" attitude and are health and safety aware.
