As a statistician in clinical development you are expected to provide statistical expertise in the design, planning, evaluation and documentation of clinical studies and programs in all phases of clinical development. This will also include work of more exploratory nature, e.g. modeling and simulation, as well as other means to improve internal decision making. Dependent on your experience you might also be expected to contribute to more strategic planning, act as expert contact to our external collaborators, coach more junior staff and be part of the department's adaption and development of statistical methodology.

You should be able to work independently, take own initiatives and have a positive, goal-oriented and problem solving attitude. It is essential to have good organizational and communication skills and you should be able to analyze and summarize your results and be comfortable in communicating them.
REQUIRED BACKGROUND
Minimum MSc in Mathematical Statistics, Statistics, Biostatistics or similar subject with a strong focus on statistics.
Good collaboration, communication and influencing skills.
Good written and spoken English as well as Swedish and/or Danish.
DESIRED ADDITIONAL BACKGROUND OR SKILLS
One or more of the following is an advantage:
Higher academic degree
Experience from clinical trials
Experience with teaching
Strong Drive!
