Job description:
Scientific Work are now recruiting a senior biostatistician or a statistician with experience in clinical studies on behalf for a client. As a senior biostatistician you will be located at our clients HQ in Lund where you will be working in a department including 11 colleagues. It is assumed that you can work independently but also together with your colleagues, clients and other stakeholders. You will have varied tasks and work with various studies in parallel. As a senior biostatistician you will:
• Plan, perform, report and document various statistical tasks according to SOP's, regulatory requirements and policies
• Provide input to all sections of a study protocol (study design, sample size calculation etc.)
• Write statistical analysis plans
• Define appropriate methods for various analysis
• Writing statistical reports and contribute to clinical and integrated reports
• Have contact with clients and able to answer questions and concerns related to various projects
• Review and develop SOP:s
• Work in the SAS programming for clinical statistical studies included summaries and statistical testing
Requirements:
We expect you to have at least a B.Sc. in biostatistics or mathematics statistics. You have at least 3-5 years of relevant work experience and has experience of clinical studies. You are confident in your role as a biostatistician and can work independently. Since you will be working with various studies in parallel and have a lot of contact with clients, it is essential that you are a flexible, prestige and communicative person. You are fluent in English, both spoken and written. As a senior biostatistician it is also required that you have very good knowledge of SAS and CDISC.
