Our customers are within the Pharmaceutical-, Biotech- and Medtech companies. We focus on positions within R&D, QA, QC, Clinical Research, Marketing and Sales. We are now recruiting a Biology Manager, preferably the candidate start as soon as possible, location North Carolina - USA.

This position will direct the operation and development of a program aimed at screening, secondary testing, and advanced biological testing for discovery of new antiparasitic preclinical drug candidates for animal health. The ideal candidate will possess a PhD, DVM or equivalent in a relevant to biological field, preferably with a focus in parasitology, and 8 or more years of experience in a leadership role in drug discovery in the animal health industry.

Manage group of 10 people (PhDs and Associates)
• Testing against insects or worms is a desired experience
• Not much bench work
• Technical manager
• Background in animal health is strongly preferred, but background in human health is ok
• Relocation assistance available for US candidates
• Relocation and sponsorship available to international candidates
