Job Description
You will be working on assay development in the molecular diagnostics development team. This position connects advanced research with process development and requires high-level execution of biochemistry experiments, experimental planning, and quantitative interpretation of data. You have previous laboratory experience in DNA technology development, such as PCR, Q-PCR, or next-generation sequencing.
Qualifications
To qualify for this role, you have a minimum Bachelor's degree in science and more than two years of years of research experience alternatively you have a Master's degree or PhD with 1-3 years of postgraduate experience. Industrial experience in molecular biology, biochemistry or related field is a very strong merit. If you lack industrial experience documented knowledge of DNA sequencing and Next generation is a must.
Further it is required that you have documented experience in standard molecular biology techniques such as PCR, Q-PCR, and gel electrophoresis. Next generation sequencing experience is a plus. You have strong laboratory skills and documented ability to plan, analyze, and interpret experiments.
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

You are friendly, positive, and fun to work with. You enjoy actively participating in day-to-day operations and enjoy working in a fast paced and time sensitive environment.
