We are looking for an Inside Sales Specialist who will work with both external customer support and supporting our KAM's with lead generation. For external customers the support consists of facilitating the order, shipping & invoicing process. The internal support is focused on customer data mining and qualifying leads to create lead lists.To be able to qualify customer leads the person we are looking likely has a university degree in biotechnology or similar. By understanding Bio-Works products and the protein purification challenges that our customers have, the task is to qualify if Bio-Works has an appropriate product solution. The position requires communication with customers worldwide; therefore, mastering one other language other than English is preferred.Previous experience from sales is a plus but good operational organization and customer relationship management are more important skills for this position.
