hela Sverige In this newly created role, we are looking for someone to lead the billing process for Clint, the technology backbone of the world's most successful insights companies. In this role, you will take charge to develop the companies global billing process. Customer billing is of course a key process for ensuring a healthy cashflow and revenue for the company. This is a full-time job based in Stockholm and you will mainly report to the company's CFO.
As billing process owner, your main tasks will include:
• Overall responsibility for the global billing process
• Lead the ongoing development of the process
• Ensure efficiency and accuracy of the billing process while maintaining strong internal controls and compliance
• Work closely with colleagues doing the billing, support and participate in the work
• Work closely with the commercial team, product & development team and finance team and own billing related projects
• Implement KPIs and tracking of the process as input to continuous improvements Support the Group CFO Office on ad-hoc requests related to the billing process.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for you with previous experience in finance, accounting or billing processes. If you also have experience within this from a larger group company, this is a strong merit. We believe you are passionate, innovative and analytical with good leadership skills. You are always looking for ways to improve yourself and your work, and you of course have a huge interest in creating a profitable business.
Requirements:
• University degree in economics/finance or similar
• 3-5 years previous experience within finance or controlling (preferably with proven experience from billing in the payments, telecom or tech industry (handling large volumes of transactions)
• Proven experience and achievements from driving change and transformation
• General Accounting experience, possibly also from audit
• Fluent in English, both oral and written
• Structured and organized
• Analytical skills and an advanced user of MS Excel
