At Telavox, we're looking for a Billing Coordinator to join our Billing & Collection Team on a 12-month parental leave cover and play an important role in keeping our financial processes accurate, efficient, and on track.

About the job
As a Billing Coordinator, you'll be part of our Billing & Collection Team. The team plays an important role in ensuring the financial health of Telavox by managing accounts receivable, handling payment and billing-related questions, and supporting our partners and internal teams.
In your day-to-day, you will:
Process incoming payments and allocate them to the appropriate customer accounts.
Maintain control of accounts receivable aging and bad debt
Act as a second-line support for our partners regarding commission-related questions
Support internal teams with invoicing-related questions as a third-line function
Calculate and send commissions to our partners
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline our accounts receivable processes
You'll work closely with colleagues across the organisation, helping solve financial and billing-related questions while continuously looking for smarter and more efficient ways of working.
The role is in our vibrant new headquarters in Malmö.
About you
You're a finance professional who enjoys taking ownership and making sure things get done. You have a finance education and 1-2 years of experience working in a finance department or a similar role.
You're structured and detail-oriented, but you're also comfortable working at a fast pace and finding solutions when things don't go according to plan. You communicate clearly and enjoy collaborating with others, both within your team and across the organisation.
