OM TJÄNSTEN
Academic Work are looking on Arelions behalf an experienced analyst that wants to be part of a great team! Arelions mission is to secure revenue assurance with performing revenue trend analysis, revenue leakage recovery and essentially produce correct and timely invoices to their global Telia Carrier customer base while being part of the overall Customer Experience that is at the core of the Arelion way of working.
Key to the success in this role is to have the analytical capability and dialogue with the Excellence Managers to develop reports, tools and processes. You will also have a close dialogue with the sales & delivery teams, both to capture information on upcoming changes and to feedback on process improvements that will continuously improve the way of working.
As Billing and Revenue Assurance Analyst you will work close together with seven colleges in a multi-cultural team, and report to the Head of Billing & Revenue Assurance team. The team is friendly and values great team work and communication skills. You will work towards different contries such as the Netherlands and Belgium and the Cordic countries.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
You will be responsible for the billing and revenue assurance end to end task and the overall data quality for the data used to produce timely and correct invoices to our customers. You will work with Qlik reports, analyze and verify that no revenue is missed. Cooperate with interfacing units like Sales and Delivery. You will also drive data corrections as well as the process changes needed to ensure that we have correct data from the start of the processes. You will also:
• Create invoices
• Performing revenu trending analyis
• Using analytics to build reports to detect anomalies and present improvement measures
• Analyse patterns and present different analyses to the IT department
VI SÖKER DIG SOM
• Previous workexperience within the Finance area
• Previous workexperience from similar roles within analytics
• Experienced with processing great number of data
• Fluent in English, both written and speaking
Meritorious
Previous experience in Java
