hela Sverige We are a Swedish branch office of a British-registered Company working on behalf of one of the Europe's largest Business Events Organizers, providing round-tables, seminars, business summits, conferences, training courses etc. around the World. Our office is based in Täby (Roslags Näsby) only few minutes walk from the train station.
We currently have a vacancy for few additional B2B Telesales Executives, with excellent command and complete fluency of English and at least one more of the major European Languages (French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese etc.).
Summary:
The primary task would be to promote & sell, by the means of telephone call, professional training courses, conferences, seminars, round tables and/or other events (organized by the third party) to a contact database consisting of past delegates as well as prospects in designated Region/Countries.
Key accountabilities:
• Provide accurate and efficient information to potential attendees to events
• Ensure efficient and timely coverage of the data relevant to the project
• Carry out effective credit control to ensure payment is received after the registration (all other admin is handled by someone else)
• Liaise with existing Clients on a regular basis and ensure they are fully familiar with forthcoming events and any special offers they may be entitled to
• Look out for new potential Clients by keeping abreast the local and global economic situation as well as help develop new markets and events based on the feedback received from those contacted;
• Provide the Management with a written weekly Feedback Report with a summary of most typical responses;
• Continuously upgrade delegate information and maintain an up-to-date level of data in order to support the implementation of a an effective database
• Come up to speed quickly and ensure to be constantly up to date with the portfolio of products we sell in order to allow cross-selling current and future events
You have an excellent educational background, with a keen interest in business & finance;
You have excellent telephone manner & strong communication and negotiation skills;
Some previous selling experience is desirable;
You are highly motivated & enthusiastic individual, with a strong desire to do well;
You have an outgoing personality and a positive "can do" attitude;
You have excellent computer skills and are used to standard packages like Microsoft's Outlook, Word and Excel. (familiarity with Salesforce woud be a really big plus!);
You are fast learner, able to handle pressure and cover few different Projects simultaneously;
You are hard-working and self-driven individual, able to wok on his/her own but also as part of a Team;
You are able to start working immediately, already have Swedish personal number and permit to live & work in this country;
Our office is based in Roslags Näsby (Täby) only few minutes walk from the train station.
