We are looking for candidates focusing on testing in big data analytics space. In this job, you will need to function as big data test analytics who masters dual roles such as data analyst and data tester. You should be a good team player who knows how to work in an agile environment.
You should be proficient enough to understand business requirements in order to execute test cases and analyse the results.
Key responsibilities
Data testing in big data environment (Hadoop)
Requirement analysis, co-ordinating with developers, architects, Product owners, Scrum Master and other stakeholders in AGILE environment
Job requirements
Extensive experience in testing solutions while assuring quality of the deliveries with good co-ordination and communication skills
Working experience in data related testing in Big data, Hadoop environment with familiarity with Data Lake concepts.
Experience in back-end data testing (around databases, SQL, Unix scripting).
Experience in requirement analysis, coordinating with developers, architects, Product owners, Scrum Master and other stakeholders in AGILE environment.
Structured and organized to properly manage different status follow-ups and stakeholder expectations.
Merits
Basic understanding of Azure based technologies like - Databricks, Hive Metastore and ADLS or any other experience working with Cloud environment
Any experience/exposure to Data migration projects (on-premise to cloud) will be an added plus
Qualifications
Fluent in English. Swedish can be an added advantage
Bachelors or Master Degree in Computer Science or similar technical degree
