ABB Robotics is a leading supplier of industrial robots and robot software, equipment and complete application solutions. In this position, you will be the expert in delivering competitive bids, estimates and quotes to customers for General Industry projects globally.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, your attention to detail and ability to negotiate with multiple partners will be vital to this key component of project planning.
Your responsibilities
Ensuring timely and accurate creation of tender documents through coordination with relevant stakeholders
Managing all aspects of the bid - including technical, financial, product management and risk reviews
Coordinating with the supply chain to identify suppliers for equipment and materials, through regular studies of customer needs and market trends
Contributing to an effective, positive customer relationship throughout the sales process
Examining and reporting on the results of tenders and identifying areas for improvement to increase success
Your background
Degree in Machine, Mechatronics, Electronical or Electrical Engineering
Minimum 3 years of experience in preparing bids and tenders, working in a similar role in robotics industry
Good technical knowledge and understanding of automation solutions
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
A collaborative, solution-focused approach with strong written and spoken communication skills in both Swedish and English. Knowledge in French or the German language is meriting
Travel may occur
Driving license B is mandatory
