Our site in Västerås is dealing with projects ranging from development to production management and delivery of complete vehicles, both for the Swedish market and for export, development and production of propulsion and control systems, service, maintenance and complete traffic systems.

BID MANAGER for our location in Vasteras, Sweden
PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Bid Manager mobilises the bid team to find the optimal way to win the order whilst ensuring ability to execute, optimising competitiveness while mitigating risks.
IN YOUR ROLE YOU WILL:
• Manage multi country/site and/or cross functional complex bids
• Deliver bids that will be projects to quality, cost and time
• Manage cost benchmarking
• Manage internal Bombardier Transportation governance procedures
• Planning & controlling bid budget
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE MUST HAVE:
• Master's Degree in Engineering and/or MBA
• 8 years of experience, in one or more of Project Management, Bids, Bid Controlling, Project Engineering, Operations or Commercial Management
• Minimum 3 years of cross-border team management
• Good technical understanding of complex systems and products
• Fluent English and Swedish are mandatory
• Intermediate German is beneficial
