Act as a lead person, provide pricing strategy, business guidance for bids and estimating a wide range of proposals across a large portfolio of business.
Responsible for the overall financial deal structure of new business opportunities for new and existing clients as well as contract renewals on a global level.
Organise and consolidate pricing on deals to assure compliance with all current standards.
Assist sales team to achieve the target price by providing continuous feedback on overall cost impacts, solution alternatives, continuous improvement opportunities, and relevant pricing alternatives and options.
Initiates market research activities in support of Transcom brand pricing strategy and develop standardized methodologies for analyzing pricing models and conducting pricing sensitivity analysis.
Lead major international proposal- and bid efforts, including solution development, all aspects of bid documentation including top class selling materials.
Actively participate in all bid reviews to provide feedback on possible pricing opportunities and risks.
Drive development of Transcom global bid management process. Track and follow up on global proposals and success rates.
Participate as a key member of the contracts negotiating team in all regions, providing analysis and input on contract change impacts to deal outcome.
Set up accurate measurement matrixes and have deep knowledge of the contact center processes and performance levers, supporting management in executing their business decisions with a high amount of precision and consistency.
As a person you are structured, analytical and business oriented. You enjoy working with numbers and you like to use them to fulfill your as well as Transcoms goals. You are an ambitious team-player that likes to take the lead on new business, something you do with great communication and collaboration skills. You have a commercial and analytical mindset and ability to understand both the details and the big picture. The role includes interactions with colleagues across functions and countries, which requires good communication skills and cultural understanding.
Personal profile, we believe that you have:
University diploma or degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or similar.
Master in Financial Management and Control, MBA or similar is a direct advantage.
2-3 years of experience in Bid-/Pricing area. Where you have gathered knowledge in P&L processes, corporate planning, budgeting and financial statements.
Have strong sales and presentation skills and be comfortable in dealing at senior management level in prospect companies.
Fluent in English, speaking and writing is a must (C2-level). Any other language is a plus
