• Own and drive the Bid Management Processes.
• Lead the bid process for larger bids, preparing innovative and winning, national/international contract bids for the direct and indirect organization.
• Provide administration support for the sales organization with high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ensure the bid database has the latest and most accurate information and content to use in bids e.g. product, corporate, services and certification.
• Work close with Canon Global Services in EMEA leading the Bid process for Canon Svenska for Swedish bids.
• Share best practices with National Sales Organization (NSO) giving them the tools and knowledge to be autonomous in the less complex bids.
Required skills and qualifications:
To be successful in this position you need to have a detailed understanding and interpretation of customer's requirements and the ability to translate this into a creative and customized response. Therefore, it is important that you have excellent communication skills in all mediums. You also need to be able to review and challenge customer bids, ensuring we prepare innovative and winning bids both from a content and legal perspective. You should enjoy working in a high-pressure environment with maximum quality and with a high attention to details.
The role requires experience within Sales, Bid Management and Project management, a University degree e.g. business administration, economics, communications and excellence communications skills in English and Swedish.

Canon is looking for an experienced and goal-oriented Bid Manager to lead and support our proposal process!
The role includes lead and support within bid process, preparing innovate bids which will maximize our opportunity to win. You will work with both private and public sector, covering all B2B business units in Canon Svenska. You will project lead the customer team (physical and/or virtual) and take ownership of solution & strategy design whilst following customer timescales and internal best practice processes. Deliver winning propositions and ensure our response is first class and meets and exceeds customer expectations. You will provide administrational support for the sales organization with high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Canon Svenska has recently started to build up the Bid Team and today there are two Bid Managers. If you have the drive and ambition to be part of a successful team, now you have the chance!
