At ManpowerGroup Solutions, Talent Based Outsourcing (TBO) starts with the end goal: bottom line results for contact center and supply chain management. Our solutions manage people, process, risk and work outcome responsibility, driving value for our customers business while reducing their investment in staff and oversight. We are now strengthening our team with a Bid Manager.

Job Purpose
Support current and future TBO business throughout the region. This position is as a key member of the Northern European Central TBO Team which is responsible for driving new, multi-country TBO business and ensuring good governance of existing TBO business.

Responsibilities

Opportunity qualification and bid management
• Act as the gatekeeper for new multi-country TBO opportunities, ensuring that only properly qualified and financially viable opportunities are pursued
• Solution design based upon analysis of operational data, industry best practice and application of lessons learned from current and previous TBO projects
• Responsible for leading virtual teams in the production of technically and commercially competitive bids
• Leading due diligence activities, verifying assumptions and adjusting solution as appropriate

Governance support
• Arrange and participate in monthly pipeline calls with regional TBO leaders
• Create status update reports for regular board meetings
• Ensure regional financial reporting takes place regularly and is correctly recorded
• Monitoring of on-going TBO contract delivery, reviewing monthly operational and financial performance reports, investigation of shortfalls and escalation as appropriate

Knowledge and Information Sharing
• Ownership of the N Europe TBO SharePoint and salesforce ‘Chatter’ sites
• Proactively build up and retain central knowledge base for the region
• Write and distribute regular TBO newsletters
• Build up and maintain network of TBO contacts throughout N Europe and the rest of the world

Person Specification

Experience, Skills and Qualifications
• 2-5 years of work experience from outsourcing business within IT (ITO/BPO) is essential i.e. knowledge of the basics, pitfalls, processes etc. of outsourcing
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office Suite
• Business level English. Fluency in other European languages is an advantage.
• University level education in a quantitative subject
• Experience of working in an international environment is a big plus

Mindsets
• Self-starter, able to work without direct supervision
• Willingness to travel
• Ability to ‘look through’ business (processes) (e.g. value chain of customer, win-win, market opportunities, etc)

Location
• The position will be located in Stockholm.
