Operations Sweden PMO at Business Unit Combat Systems and C4I Solutions (C2S) is now looking for a Bid Manager to head up one or several Combat System solutions bid projects targeting Saab's customers around the region. The position is located in Järfälla
Your role
You will be responsible for one or several bid projects targeting Saab's customers around the region. You will apply Saabs bid project governance model and be overall responsible for the bid project deliveries on time, cost and quality. You will:
• Be assigned to a bid team with a Sales Responsible, Commercial, Finance and bid team members * Be responsible for the scope of the bid project together with the Sales Responsible person* Be responsible for establishing the bid structure including documentation, payment and project execution plans * Support sub contractor handling and emering markets* Establish solid bid project plans including resource requirements towards the line units* Co-operate with other Saab units like sourcing and finance* Contribute to develop the Bid Project Management dicipline in the Business Unit
Your skills and experience
We are looking for a person with excellent leadership skills and business focus to deliver committed results in time. We expect you to have:* Experience of bid management* Experience from one or several domains (Air, Land and/or Naval)* Experience from customer negotiation* Excellent commercial skills* Strong in cooperation* Self-driven personality* Apply effective, reasonable and doable solutions to problems* Experience of project management* Apply an open and inclusive leadership empowering others to act
