Currently Avure Technologies needs to strengthen the organization with a Bid Manager at the office in Västerås.
As Bid Manager you are responsible for the quality of all aspects of the bid, including written documentation and presentations. The Bid Manager ensure all bid documentation is clear, concise and - crucially - compelling. As a Bid Manager you source and co-ordinate design input to ensure the visual standard of all documentation and presentation material is first class and eye-catching.
As a Bid Manager you should be highly motivated, innovative, customer focused and have a â'can do' attitude. You should be capable of handling several bids at the same time and support sales during the bid and negotiation phases. You are an experienced leader, able to motivate and inspire others; able to obtain a high level of work from the team to ensure all deadlines are met efficiently and that the bid is of the highest quality possible.
Excellent communications skills are a must, both verbal and written. The importance of being able to converse and liaise with all bid contributors is key and being able to â'speak their language' is vital to get the most from everyone, ensuring the bid is as good as it possibly can be.
Previous relevant experience:
• Worked as project manager, sales manager or bid manager in a project organization
• Technical background from university/college
• Well familiar with industrial project business
• Experience of working in a bid team
• Experience from working with terms and conditions, and commercial negotiations
Additional qualifications:
• Leadership and self drive
• Excellent communicator
• Structured and keeping order, an eye for details
• You speak and write English fluently. Other language skills are an advantage
• Deadline driven
