hela Sverige You will be providing BOM (Bill of Material) to bids, i.e. populate cost module for material consumption and man hours for the bid based on the maintenance manual and LCC data. Review tender documents, comment terms and conditions, risk evaluations and contribute to the tender to be submitted concerning RAM/LCC commitments (Reliability Availability Maintainability). Prepare documents for and participate in the internal bid governance procedure to get the internal approval to submit. Review the maintenance task and the intervals as well as the LCC figures and benchmark with other projects and bids to find potential maintenance improvements or component changes to be done to reduce the cost in the bid and increase the competitiveness of the bid.
Participate in presentations of the bid to customer and handover of won bids to the project team.
YOUR ROLE:
• BOM
• RAM/LCC commitments
• Material risk evaluations
• Input for internal bid governance
• Write RAM/LCC appendixes for the bids
• Bachelor or Master's Degree in Engineering
• Knowledge and experience of the rail industry or advanced knowledge of RAM/LCC calculations
• Tender or bid experience would be an asset
• Fluent English and Swedish are mandatory
