hela Sverige We are looking for a BID Coordinator to coordinate and structure our work with RFI, RFP:s and different questionnaires from our Nordic customers.
As our BID coordinator you will be a key player enabling growth and have our global and Nordic D&B network to your support. We are in the starting phase to create new RFI/RFP knowledge base to secure that we are working smart and creating new ways of working. You will be responsible answering customer questionnaires and requirements and communicating with both customers and internally.
In this role you will
• manage a response to customer questionnaires, RFI:s, RFPs within customer defined timeframes.
• coordinate input from several stakeholders for example Sales/Tech/Product/Security/HR/Legal
• evaluate commercial, compliance, legal & security perspective and identify gaps and risks
• create library/knowledge base & secure change management process
• define and implement the framework on a nordic scale.
• will identify improvement areas and drive these within the organisation
• able to attend customer meetings where required
You and your experience
To be successful in this role you;
• have documented project coordination/management experience.
• have knowledge of customer purchasing process, public procurement and BID process.
• understanding information security, risk management and compliance frameworks and requirements is a merit.
• strong communication skills along with a customer-oriented attitude
• have working proficiency in English and another Nordic language
• have a hands-on mentality and problem solving focus
• have worked in an international environment and a matrix organisation.
• are quality and is business-oriented.
• have a valid work permit in one of the Nordic countries
Your team
You will be part of our new Nordic Commercial Operations and Partnership function. Our goal is to enable growth by improving commercial processes on a Nordic level. The team will play an important role going forward and you have the possibility to impact the ways of working and be involved when setting up a new Bid mgmt. team in the Nordics.
