Please, join us at ZEEKR as BI & Data Manager and become a part of a fantastic journey. Responsible for leading the planning and future development of the department's 'single data view'. As well as operational development of our Business Intelligence requirements, to prioritize and support the team for analysis and data interpretation requests.
As BI & Data Manager you will work closely with the Customer Care management team members, as well as the department colleagues. You will interact with many areas in the ZEEKR organization, as well as external partners. To be a part of our team, you need to carry strong data engineering skills, be very flexible, and always ask yourself how you can contribute to the department's goals and challenges. You will be a part of an open-minded and supportive team, where we together create and develop for success! This is what you will do most of the time:
• Liaise with the necessary parties and lead development of BI interfaces to ensure holistic data flows accompany the development of ZEEKR's launch strategy.
• Lead the development of specific BI projects within the Business Intelligence Team.
• Conduct benchmarking and analysis of market data.
• Provide quality, timeliness, and resilience to the operational objectives.
You have probably done something like this:
• M.sc in Data Science, Data Engineering (or equivalent).
• Preferred languages: R, Python.
• Data visualization skills or experience and familiarity with Power BI or Tableau.
• A strong data engineering skillset.
• Strong business acumen is necessary, as the key to success in this role will be to turn data in to actionable business intelligence.
• A natural communicator, with an excellent ability to influence all kinds of people.
