hela Sverige Verisure is now looking for a BI Developer with scrum master ambitions to join our team in Malmö!
We are looking for a BI developer to our Analytics department where the role is combined with the role as scrum master. If you are not yet a certified scrum master, we can help you, the important thing is that you have the ambition and interest to grow.
About the role
You will be working in a skilled analytics team that is supporting the company with reports, insights, and advanced analytics. We extract data from various systems and databases and load into our Snowflake environment in the cloud. Reports in Power Bi, analysis and machine learning algorithms are based on that data.
As scrum master you will be responsible of leading the team in planning sprint together with our Product owner, doing reviews and retrospect's and guiding the team in the daily scrum work. As a BI developer you will be working all the way from extracting from different data sources like SQL databases, Google analytics, API: s etc. via loading and transformation of the data to creating reports.
The role is significant for our company in our mission of making data driven decisions and to help R&D and Operations creating the best possible services and products for our customers. We are working with the newest and coolest technologies like Snowflake, machine learning and advanced analytics.
You will collaborate close with the members in the team and engineers across Verisure and you will present, communicate, and share your insights. Our list of requirements is long, but if all requirements are not fulfilled, there are room for flexibility.
To summarize your job responsibilities:
* Leading the scrum work in the team
* Working with planning in quarterly planning and sprints
* Work with development and implementation of BI solutions in Power Bi
* Work with the whole ETL process
Location: Linköping/Malmö
Who are you?
You are an open and communicative person with good educational skills. To succeed in the role, it is also important for you to understand business requirements and know how to visualize data into actionable reports and insights. We see that you have:
* Experience working as a BI developer working with Power Bi, Microsoft SQL, Snowflake, or similar products.
* Experience in the agile framework (preferable certified scrum master)
* Knowledge and hands-on practical experience of Power Bi report development
Moreover, we see it as merit if you have experience in working with big data and SQL, Cloud data (preferable Azure/Snowflake) and Apache NiFi.
Relevant education from a university, college is desirable, and that you are fluent in English since we are an international company.
