Your mission as a BI developer is to be a partner to both the Commercial and Operations side of the business, where you will have a key role in securing a good foundation for decision-making at Oatly. You will be working closely with business partners such as Finance, Sustainable Operations as well as other functions. And naturally with your colleagues in the Data & Analytics team within Business Tech function.
We see a lot of opportunities in this role to drive digitalization and business decisioning forward. We want to establish a follow-up BI environment where business stakeholders can use data and visualization to answer questions.

Here's what you would do:
• Be part of a modern analytics team, supporting critical business functions to help Oatly become a global leader in Oatbase products
• Transform data into user-friendly insights
• Support business users in how to look at data and help them understand the data
• Work together with business, data engineers, product owners and users to develop modern reports & dashboards
But, you know. These are just the things we can think of right now! This might be the job today, but tomorrow brings more change, so being light on your feet and willing to embrace the unknown is a verrrrrry big help.
Are you the Oatsome person we are looking for?
• A Bachelor's degree in computer science, informatics, or something related - cool if you've got it.
• At least 3 years of experience as a business intelligence developer (or something similar).
• You've got a knack for turning business needs into data magic.
• You have experience in data modeling and SQL.
• Plus, you've been in the Power BI game for at least a year.
Now, here's where you can really shine (though not a deal-breaker):
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, DevOps, DBT & Databricks - if these sound like your jam, high-five!
• You know how to make reports and dashboards that users actually love (UI/UX skills).
• Ever played around with data cataloguing? We're into it.
• Maybe you're a Python whiz for data processing and statistical modelling.
• If exploratory data analysis and advanced analytics are your thing, we're all ears.
