BI Architect & Developer
In the light of the IT Roadmap, our Business Area will increase capabilities in IT to better support the transformation into the future operating structure. The number of common system implementations will be increased to shorter the roadmap; various functions will be integrated through digital solutions and there is a need for competence growth in the area of common applications and processes as well as IT infrastructure and Security.
Key responsibilities:
Drive the design and implementation of Business Intelligence in accordance with the IT roadmap, as well as cross functional integration and digitalization activities across the value chain
Work with leaders and teams across our global organization to develop and deliver Operational dashboards across all BUs in our Business Area
Use creative and effective approaches to move projects forward with an emphasis on supporting our teams through changes and achieving the best outcomes
Proactively engage with stakeholders, build trust and buy-in and ensure an effective communication
Support the competence development on BI systems and processes for our IT community
Key requirements:
Proven experience in BI Architecture and data modelling
Knowledge in IICS (Informatica) or similar, Snowflake and Power BI
Expert knowledge of common systems and the underlying business logic
Ability to collaborate and influence people across different functions and areas
Good communication skills with ability to translate complex information into value adding proposals for users

This position is located in Goteborg, Sweden and report to the Business Area's IT & Digitalization Manager.
