In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
• Build and grow the bank's AB Initio platform capabilities within the Group Business Intelligence Architect Guild
• Help build, maintain and support data integrations and applications that underpin our operational and analytical needs. The role will help build and evolve standards and patterns towards a data centric bank
• Swedbank is increasing its analytical capabilities and diversifying its data landscape, looking at new ways of capitalizing on data, with the goal of better knowing and hence better serving our customers. In doing this, new platforms and technologies for discovery, advanced analytics and big data and security management will be explored and introduced. This will be done in close cooperation with the business and IT
• Architecture governance of platform, development processes, and evolution and support of Information Management and ETL jobs
• Solution design and support of AB Initio platform together with Information Management
• Optimizing Operational management of the AB Initio platform to secure a stable highly available service with no downtime and no data loss
What is needed in this role:
• 5+ years of overall IT experience
• 3+ years of experience data integration, IM & ETL
• 3+ years of hands on AB Initio operational platform experience
• Strong hands on expertise in debugging and fixing ETL jobs by looking debug logs and configuration tuning.
• Strong understanding of AB Initio architecture
• Good understanding Information Management & Security principles
• Strong understanding of data architecture, data integration and data quality management
• Ability to articulate design standards and patterns
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong ability in helping and inspiring the IM Team members to grow in skills
• Experience of leading architectural work in enterprise transformation programs
• Have a genuine interest to learn new skills and help others to succeed
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Fluency in written and oral English
• As an architect you are business oriented and understand that architecture is a means to an end and not a goal in itself. You are eager to learn how the business works and how new technology in the BI area can be used to accelerate business and customer value
• You are self-motivated and have a can-do attitude and you are able to work both individually and with other people from different parts of Swedbank
