You co-create the foundation for today and adapt for the future by providing, together with our Identity and Communication teams, a Range Offer Framework that is 100% IKEA with 100% impact.To be successful, being a creative problem solver and getting things done comes easy. You have a lot of passion for how people live at home across the world and experience on what makes life at home better.As Better Living Leader you will:Strengthen the IKEA Brand through continuous development and innovation of the IKEA Concept in the area of better living, with a focus on better everyday living for the many.Define and develop the IKEA point of view of better living and better homes.Develop solutions for better living that connect the IKEA range offer with the IKEA vision for a consistent, coherent and rewarding brand experience across IKEA, with our knowledge for a better life as a source.Define and follow up the IKEA long-term priorities and other critical life at home initiatives and follow up on impact.Support defining and developing global learning solutions based on trend research and the understanding of both the IKEA range and the IKEA Brand from a content perspective. Lead and share better living and better homes knowledge.Enable better living knowledge co-creation and integration through collaboration across IKEA organisations and with partners, including contributing to and sharing insights from the open home platform.About youYou have work experience in marketing, consumer behaviour, social studies and recent experience with product design/development, interior design, trends in consumer behaviours and circular design within retail environments in different markets, including work with customers across cultures and living situations.You are experienced in roles focusing on IKEA uniqueness and identity and have previous experience working with trends and shopping behaviour analytics and data-driven branding and positioning based on consumer choices.We expect you to have a deep understanding of the IKEA vision, IKEA Concept, IKEA business idea, IKEA Direction and strategies and Democratic Design.
