Your profile
You are a dedicated person with a passion for building a world class work place. You have a relevant University degree and have been working for a couple of years as a HR Generalist/Manager with a large individual responsibility. You might also have experience of Managing a team. With the right personality and drive you may still be in the beginning of your career.
You have a strong drive and ambition while at the same time a humble and team oriented attitude. You like to dig into different types of tasks, both operational and strategic. Like the rest of us here at Betsson Group you are also a social and collaborative person.
Your verbal and written communication skills in English are excellent. Working experience within the field from Malta and internationally is a great plus.
The role
You will be supporting and acting as HR Partner for about 30 Managers and have ownership of all HR-related questions and processes for your departments. This includes everything from labor law, HR-processes such as development talks and salary review to teambuilding and day to day questions regarding the employees. Betsson group is growing and maturing and an important aspect of the job is to be a part of developing and improving HR-processes together with the rest of the HR-team. The role might include staff Management responsibility at a later stage.
You will be reporting to Betsson's HR Director and be a part of our HR team of 11 people spread globally. The position is based in our Malta office. The Mediterranean island of Malta offers a relaxed life-style, more than 300 sunny days a year and the best diving experience in Europe.
