At Shopit we are committed to developing the best online consumer search engine for online shopping in Europe. Our goal is to make all products, brands and retailers searchable in one awesome shopping search engine. To achieve this we are using the latest technologies within data mining, big data, data analysing, parallel processing, search engine logic and social shopping functionality together with modern web design and user experience for both web and mobile devices.
We are now looking for more really talented people to strengthen our development team!
Are you born designer and a creative master of modern web design and user experience? As our lead web, app and UX-designer you will be responsible for the overall design and experience both on the web and in our mobile apps.
You should be able to work fluently in Photoshop, Illustrator and/or other image processing software. If you also have experience in responsive CSS, HTML etc this is a really strong advantage.
You will be working full-time together with our dedicated team in our modern office in the centre of Växjö. (There is a possibility to work as a freelancer if you are really talented and can not relocate to Växjö)
Shopit Online Europe AB is a sister company to SiteDirect Professional Web Solutions AB. SiteDirect has won several rapid growth awards such as Dagens Industri Gasell 2010-2013 and Deloitte Technology Fast 500 in Europe 2010, 2011. We are all in all about 35 people working in the company group in Växjö, and we also have a branch office in Kiev, Ukraine.
