He is world famous and yet a mystery - BANKSY, the Bristol-born and to this day anonymous graffiti artist and painter who is known for challenging
the boundaries of the art market and who has been causing a furore with his work for years. Since its world premiere in Munich in March 2021, more than 1.2 million visitors have now seen the exhibition on the exceptional artist, making it the most publicized and successful show on the street art superstar worldwide. After a successful start in Malmö "The Mystery of Banksy - A Genius Mind" will be on display in the Eriksberghallen in Gothenburg from June 2023 to August 2023.
Become part of our exhibition team in Gothenburg: "The Mystery of Banksy - A Genius Mind".
Your main areas of responsibility will include:
• Function as contact person for visitors, employees, service providers,
hall rental companies etc.
• Ensuring order, cleanliness and the smooth running of the exhibition
• Management, coordination and supervision of all workflows and processes,
including cash handling and personnel management/leadership
• Cash bookkeeping, preparation of receipts for accounting and keeping of duty rosters
• Preparation of daily financial statements and processing of accounting-relevant documents
incl. merchandising accounting
• General administrative tasks in day-to-day business and daily reporting on incidents,
visitor numbers, etc.
• Supporting colleagues (cash desk + merchandising) during breaks
This is what you should bring with you:
• A friendly and well-groomed appearance
• Organizational talent, ability to work independently and technical understanding
• Hands-on ability, commitment, ability to work in a team and under pressure
• Strong communication skills, ability to deal with conflict and assertiveness, leadership qualities
• Good knowledge of Outlook and Office 365, especially Word, Excel, SharePoint, Teams
• Very good written and spoken English/Swedish skills
