Your role
We at International Rescue Committee are currently launching a brand new F2F team in Stockholm, and you can be part of this exciting journey as we are taking fundraising to the next level! The purpose of the fundraising team is to inspire and recruit new private donors who will give to Rescue on a regular basis. We call them 'sustainers'.
Your task as a fundraiser will be to work as part of team and to recruit new sustainers through inspiring dialogues with members of the public.
Who we look for
• You want to raise money to the cause of IRC through actively engage with members of the public
• You are an excellent communicator in either Swedish and/or English
• You are an active and positive team member
• You are always looking to learn, improve, and develop within your role
· You are self-motivated and with the ambition to deliver the best fundraising outcomes
• It is a merit and advantage to have previous F2F experience representing NGO's, as is previous experience in sales, retail, or any performance arts

• Fixed hourly salary: 125 SEK/h + 12 % holiday allowance
• Campaign-based 3-month contract with possibility of a long-term contract
