Our Great Opportunity
Ericsson Business Unit Digital Services is strengthening its capabilities in System Management for the future in BSS Business Support Systems. Now is the right time for you to join our journey.
As a System Manager you will develop & maintain systems and solutions, including development activities like requirement analysis, solution modeling, integration and product documentation. In our team we work with the next generation of BSS Business Support Systems, products both within functional areas like charging, billing as well as none functional areas like security, GPRs General Product Requirements, Geo Redundancy.
We have our teams in Karlskrona, Gurgaon and Chennai. If you have the will to influence and the drive to take Ericsson BSS to next level then we have the position for you.
Required skill sets:
A System Manager needs to have a diverse skill set including the abilities to understand complex business goals, product and technical content in the BSS domain, in order to create innovative solutions for our customers.
You will:
Drive strategic technical leadership both in functional areas as well as non-functional areas like security, cloud native and ADP.
Perform continuous analysis and requirement handling.
Drive continuous improvements of products and processes
Drive innovation
Lead technical teams
Stay informed of new technologies and methods, and adapt these to constantly evolving industry space
Key Qualifications
BSc/MSc level in a technical field or the equivalent level of knowledge
Excellent knowledge of BSS Domain
Experience from system management/driving architecture and requirement
Experience with agile development
Effective communicator, presenter, and negotiator
Creativity and great attention to details
Strong skills in learning and understanding complex business technologies
Positive attitude and passionate
Ability to initiate and lead new activities, and to work independently, as well as in a team
