We now would like to add an additional Business Development Manager to further strengthen our TCS sales team in the infrastructure services space in Nordic. The role is based out of in Stockholm, Sweden, though depending on actual business requirements travel within Nordic and/or to India will be required from time to time.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
• Track key market trends relevant to Nordic IT IS Market to position TCS Offerings .
• Drive the creation of annual business plan/strategy.
• Lead and/or build infrastructure proposals in line with RFI/RFP requirements by collaborating with a global solution team.
• Lead the customer meetings and joint value discovery sessions with customers during RFI and RFP processes.
• Participate in all contract negotiations.
• Coordinate with 3rd party companies to create joint solution and response to bids.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders ,Pre-sales team, Bid Management Team and Strategic Deals Team to align with Bid timelines.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (or equivalent).
• Atleast 7 years of work experience in the IT IS (IT Infrastructure Services) Outsourcing, Managed Services industry delivering large contracts and/or led the Solution Engagement for large contracts.
• Working experience in business development, whereof significant part has is from a firm using a Global Delivery Model (TCS experience is a plus).
• Ability to negotiate and manage contractual arrangements.
• Experience in leading sales of large infrastructure outsourcing contracts.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written/spoken).
• Excellent presentation Skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Confidence and ability to present TCS' proposition independently at senior management levels in the client organization.
