The BD Manager for Sweden North and Norway is a key role for our business to deliver new customers and facilitate the growth of our company.
As the BD Manager for Sweden North and Norway you will direct and coordinate all business development activities in the areas in close dialogue with the Head of Business development and Area Director. You will identify new opportunities with customers across your region and make sure you convert these to new business gains.

Our requirements
• Proven professional commercial skills
• Excellent consultative selling skills and techniques
• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills in order to run joint customer workshops
• Exemplary relationship management
• Sub-regional experience and know your competitors in detail
• Ability to think strategically, conceptually and articulate strategic plans
• Internationally orientated - good experience of conducting business development in a multinational role
• Innovative thinker
• Strategic mindset
• A continuous improvement mindset
• Ability to interact with C-level executives
• Excellent communication skills - internally and externally
• Excellent analytical ability
• Proven ability to manage and influence in a matrix management environment
• Able to work and influence within a culturally diverse environment
• Proven track record in sale of min 10 years
• Strong drive and resilience
• Fluent English and a Nordic language, preferable Swedish written and spoken
• University Degree business/economics/sales or equivalent
Probation period is a requirement.
